Dr. Sam Sage
Dr. Sage, inspired by his mother's career as a dental hygienist, grew up in Ocean Shores, WA, before pursuing biology at Arizona State University and later obtaining his dental degree from the University of Washington. After completing additional training in pediatric dentistry and anesthesia, he founded Sage Family Dentistry to provide comprehensive dental care in a welcoming environment. A graduate of both the Kois Center and Ickert Training Center Implant Continuum, Dr. Sage remains dedicated to continuing education. Outside the office, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and coastal activities in his hometown, while spending quality time with his wife Becky and their three children, actively participating in their extracurricular pursuits.
Dr. Brian Fong
Dr. Fong, a Pacific Northwest native born in Montana and raised in Spokane, earned his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University before receiving his dental degree from the University of Washington in 2007. After practicing in various cities including San Francisco and Seattle, he joined Sage Family Dentistry and maintains active membership in the ADA and King County Dental Society. When not busy with his professional duties or supporting his three children's activities alongside his wife Erin, Dr. Fong enjoys tennis and golf.
Dr. Tom Carns
Dr. Carns, a Longview, Washington native and University of Washington School of Dentistry graduate (1974), has dedicated over 50 years to providing expert dental care to his community. While he's retired from his former hobbies of skiing, golfing, and sidecar racing, he stays active through fishing, inline skating at Seattle parks, and gardening. He particularly cherishes time spent with his four grandchildren, who bring joy and excitement to his life.

The Invisalign Treatment Process
Consultation & Exam
During your first visit, your doctor will take a look at your bite and smile to determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your smile, Invisalign, or other treatment options.
Aligner Pick Up
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Invisalign trays fit perfectly. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come and pick them up to begin your treatment.
Check-ins
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Every six weeks or so, you’ll come back to our office to pick up your next few sets of aligners. Every treatment plan is different, so this amount of time may vary based on your needs. These check-ins are essential to ensure your treatment is on track and that your Invisalign trays are fitting properly.

Dr. Blalock
Dr. Blalock grew up on a beef cattle farm in Crossville, TN. The time he spent working on the farm taught Dr. Blalock valuable problem-solving skills and a good work ethic. After Dr. Blalock suffered a dental injury when a cow’s hoof contacted his teeth, his dentist repaired his smile and sparked a fascination for the art of dentistry. Because of that experience, Dr. Blalock realized his calling was to become a dentist. He loves that dental work gives him the ability to work creatively with his hands while interacting with patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Blalock graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with an undergraduate degree in health science biology. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
